April 10, 2021 - ZOOM meeting - Weaving Transparencies – Lorie Harlow
May 8, 2021 -  Guild Picnic -  Installation of 2021-2022 guild officers and gathering the handwovens for the Celebration Tea Towels and for Woven Hugs.  MEMBER DUES IS DUE!

February 4-7, 2021 ~ a virtual workshop titled "One Warp Many Structures" with Denise Bolger Kovnat.
January 31, 2021 ~ Guild members will have looms and wheels at the ARTSee & Shop (4880-06 Big Island Drive, Town Center in Jacksonville) ~ 12:00 - 4:00  Come visit! Please wear your mask as we weave and spin and share the processes of textile arts.

September 12, 2020 ~ first meeting of our year, unfortunately Fort Caroline Center remains closed due to the pandemic but we're celebrating our 46th year as the Jacksonville Weavers’ Guild with projects (46th Anniversary Towels), Woven Hugs, keeping our looms productive and exploring virtual gatherings (jwg Facebook Page and Group, zoom workshop).

WOVEN HUGS ~ a guild challenge to create a shawl or lap blanket for a patient with a serious medical condition. Below are close-ups of the fabrics in the beautiful collection donated to the Gabriel House in June 2020.  click here for more photos.
