DIRECTIONS from 295: exit Merrill Road west (towards Jacksonville University). Turn right on Hartsfield Road (Merrill Road Elementary School is on the corner). At the light, turn left onto Fort Caroline. At 2nd light, turn right onto Rogero Road follow till it ends at the river. Turn right onto Ferber Road; the Community Center is on the left.
