The Theo Moorman technique is like painting with yarn while weaving a canvas.
Attached pdf handout is from my guild presentation in April 2018; it has lots of resources and my draft for Window Dressing.
My only experience with the technique was a jwg 2000 workshop with Ruth Holroyd and this curtain valance Window Dressing. This fabric was designed and woven for our new master bath in 2004.

With Theo Moorman's technique, supplemental weft yarns are on the surface of the fabric. Here weft tails are poking through on the reverse side of Window Dressing.
